Kim Kardashian has taken legal action after someone used a photograph of her bare breasts on an album cover.

The 30-year-old star was stunned when she saw the image of herself taken from W magazine used on the cover of Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP.

Kardashian’s lawyers then sent a cease and desist letter to Martin and Dev, asking them to take the picture off the album cover.

In the letter, the legal team state: ‘We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission.’

And Dev told gossip website TMZ.com they had no idea they were using Kardashian’s picture. He said: ‘We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognize her by her nipples.’

Reality socialite Kim Kardashian reveals she accepted a marriage proposal from New Jersey Nets hoopster Kris Humphries, her boyfriend of just six months.

On May 18, Kim arrived at her Beverly Hills home to find the towering forward Kris Humphries waiting in her bedroom on bended knee with four words written out in red rose petals: “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”

“I didn’t expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now,” says the Keeping Up With the Kardashians socialite, a divorcee who’ll turn 31 this year.

It didn’t take long for a jubliant Kim to leap into Humphries arms with glee.

Kim  was previously romantically-linked to NFL star Reggie Bush, rapper Kanye West, model/Halle Berry baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, and singer-reality star Ray J Norwood, who appeared with the Calabasas socialite in the 2007 sex tape that catapulted her to stardom.

Kris is the latest basketball star to join the famous family. Kim’s kid sister Khloe married Lamar Odom of the Los Angeles Lakers in 2009.

Kim Kardashian — who made her ‘acting’ debut in 2008′s Disaster Movie and a guest stint on CSI: NY — is the rumored frontrunner for the role of Kim Gotti, the wife of reputed mobster John Gotti Jr., in an upcoming biopic about the bloodthirsty crime family.

Kim G, described as a quiet, rarely photographed Mob bride, has six children with her husband of 21 years — who escaped a lengthy stint behind bars after the government tried unsuccessfully to convict him on racketeering charges no less than three times.

John Travolta and James Franco are reportedly on board to play John Sr. and John Jr., respectively, in the Gotti flick, currently in pre-production.

MediaTakeOut.com just published evidence of Kim Kardashian’s breast implants. The pic shows a ‘before and after’ shot of her boobs in what looks like the doctor’s office.

Now, I believe you will notice you can’t see her head in these photos, but the website points out that those nipples look JUST LIKE Kim’s… ok, I guess that’s enough.

Sunday night’s edition of E!’s Kourtney & Kim Take New York saw socialite Kim Kardashian burst into tears over those controversial snaps of her that appeared in the December issue of W Magazine a few months back.The 30-year-old bombshell says she was shocked to see herself clad in nothing but silver body paint for the popular style mag.

“I was naked but fully covered in silver paint,” she explained to sister Kourtney during the episode. “This artist will put images of architecture and buildings and stuff on top of me so you will see my body shape and the outline but not actually my boobs or anything.”

Once the photos arrived online, Kim — who says she regrets baring all for Playboy Magazine three years ago — broke down at how much nudity was on actually display. (You can see the pics here)

“I’m more naked here than I was in my Playboy,” she sobbed to sisters Khloe and Kourtney. “I feel so taken advantage of. I’ve definitely learned my lesson. I’m never taking my clothes off again, even if it’s for Vogue.”

Kim Kardashian, famous for her bangin’ body and reality TV series, credits Kanye West with giving her the confidence to test out her singing abilities.

The buxom pinup was initially reluctant to showcase her “singing voice,” but took on the project at the encouragement of Yeezy, ultimately recording the track “Turn It Up” with the help of superproducer The-Dream — whose hits include “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” and “Umbrella.”

“OK, I’m not a singer, this isn’t what I do….”she told MTV.com last week. “Kanye was actually one of the people who really talked me into doing it and telling me, like, ‘Hey, look, what do you guys do for fun? You guys go shopping, you go to the movies. Kind of step into our world for a second and have fun, and we go to the studio.’”

“It’s just one song, and it’s just for fun,” says the socialite, who will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the tune to charity.

“Dream’s mother passed away of cancer and so did my dad, so half of the proceeds are going to a cancer organization…”

It looks like Kim Kardashian can’t learn from her mistakes…

The New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher Column has gotten its hands on what it’s calling a “Foreplay Photo” of Kim posing suggestively — in bed — with beau Kris Humphries.

“In the steamy head shot, where the two appear to be in bed together, a bare-shouldered Kardashian smiles provocatively at the camera, with her mouth open and tongue out, while Humphries licks the side of her face…”
the paper writes.

Sound familiar? It should. Kim and her snap-happy family were virtual unknowns on the Pop Culture Circuit four years ago. That is until explosive footage of Kim getting it on with Brandy’s baby brother Ray J hit the Interwebs in Jan. 2007.

Kim is reportedly apartment-hunting in Manhattan to be closer to Kris, who is a starter for the New Jersey Nets.

It looks like things are heating up between socialite Kim Kardashian and twentysomething NBA hoopster Kris Humphries.

It was only a week ago that the stunning reality star vowed in to refrain from dating in 2011 during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. E! News snoops, on the other hand, dish that the unlucky-in-love 30-year-old has fallen head over heels for the 25-year-old New Jersey Nets hoopster and is planning a permanent move from her hometown of Calabasas, California to New York City in order to be closer to her beau — who lives just across the Hudson River in Hoboken, NJ.

Kim met Kris while in the City That Never Sleeps filming her upcoming reality docu-drama Kourtney & Kim Take New York. She seems undeterred by tabloid banter, which claims that Kris’ strict family don’t approve of the relationship, and even dumped Canadian model Gabriel Aubrey to date Kris.

We hear the athlete accompanied Kim as she went apartment-hunting in Chelsea on Tuesday.
