Prince Harry Pays Washington a Visit

Washington is getting their very own Royal visit: Prince Harry
The Royal will accept the Atlantic Council’s 2012 Award for Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership in the Nation’s Capitol on May 7. The honor recognizes the Prince’s charitable work on behalf of military veterans, servicemen and women, as well as their families.
He will be accepting the award for joint work he and brother William have put in through their charity, the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry. Harry has also worked with a host of other charities, including Walking with the Wounded and Help for Heroes.
This is the prince’s second trip Stateside in the past year. In 2011, Harry, 27, dropped by California and Arizona for Apache helicopter training.
