Beyonce Is People’s Most Beautiful Woman Of 2012

People magazine has published their yearly list of the World’s Most Beautiful Women — and the top prize goes to new mom/pop extraordinaire Beyonce Knowles Carter.

Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Jessica Pare round out the ranking.

The 30-year-old singer is featured in a special double issue of the celebrity weekly that will arrive on newsstands Wednesday. Beyonce welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter with husband Jay-Z in January.

“I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth. I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this Earth.”

Beyonce says she loves singing to her young daughter and even gets a thrill out of changing her diapers.

“She’s just the cutest thing…She’s her own person.”

She adds:

“The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy. The word ‘love’ means something completely different now.”
